Yahoo updates Weather app with beautiful animations
Yahoo has released an updated version of its Weather app for Android in Google Play. This version of the app brings several beautiful weather animations, which make the app even more gorgeous than it already is.
“With our latest Android update, you’ll see weather conditions—fog, rain, heat, snow, lightning, and frost—animated through leveraging bleeding-edge graphics technology typically only seen in video games,” wrote Shenglong Gao, Associate Product Manager, Mobile Weather, in a blog post.

To remind you, Yahoo Weather app comes with features like forecasts (hourly, 5-day, and 10-day), Flickr photos (matching your location, time of day, & current conditions)
, atmosphere details (wind, pressure, and chance of precipitation) as well as interactive maps.
