Screenshots Copyright - Whatsapp : is that true?

According to all the latest rumors, since January 23, 2017, whatsapp will bring an update on February 5, 2017, which will let you know when someone takes a screenshot within the conversation of yours, then you will be notified about it. Well actually that sounds cool, but the big question is is it true..?? Before knowing the answer, go ahead and read what rumors mentioned about this since 23rd jan.

RUMORS SAYS :
Jan Koum, the CEO of WhatsApp announced that the next version of the application is going to include the option of being notified if someone screenshots your conversation. This is an option requested by a lot of users lately, and according to him “after all these years, we’ve reached the conclusion to add it”.

“The functioning is simple, just like the blue tick: You will have the option activated by default. If it’s checked, you’ll be notified if someone screenshots your conversation, and others will be notified if you screenshot theirs. If it’s unchecked, no one gets notified”, stated Koum.

Some users are pissed by this feature, but it’s not that bad at all.

The reason behind this feature, according to Koum, is that he’s tired of his girlfriend screenshotting his chats. That’s why he wants to make the feature available for everyone feeling the same way. Although it will be enabled by default.

Furthermore, there are several users asking Koum to add an option to notify when a nude is forwarded. Koum stated that he might be considering it.
“It’s not about the privacy of the person who screenshots the chat or the person who forwards the nude, it’s about the privacy of the affected person, and we’re gonna do it you like it or not”, affirmed Koum.

Now the actual answer.. NO, this is not at all possible to share the screenshot captured notification with anyone else. This rumor was first shared by 8shit.net as the valentines day is coming. The reason for this rumor is to stop all those girls and boys from making fake promises.Actually, there is no such permission available for this or way to share private information publicly with others. This can only happen with remote connections providers which helps to control other people's devices from anywhere in the world with an unique userid and password, and which resets every time. For example, team viewer, which is the same thing. It creates a unique login id and password everytime you start it, and need to share with your partner to get connected.

There is another way to stop taking screenshots. That is prevention from security policy. This is a policy file where taking screenshots gets restricted so that user doesn't make a copy of it. The best example is Samsung's latest themes store. Open wallpapers section and try to take screenshot of any wallpaper, it will popup a toast like below.
