Where is Nougat for J7 6 Samsung?

Yet not received. Russia users already received without any bugs. But a day later it stopped. Why? What about others? Will we receive ?

Non Samsung developers have already made custom roms and working fine in J7 6 devices. Though people have to change their recovery which voids the warranty but if voiding the warranty makes sense then why not they will flash a custom rom?
This means that Samsung developers don't know much about android operating system.
