Android booting to recovery every time I power on. What to do?

If your android phone is booting to recovery everytime you power on then you have messed up with the OS. Some how your phones firmware has been deleted or got corrupted.

Solutions :
1) Flash stock firmware
2) Flash recovery
3) Flash Custom OS

Yet not fixed?

Format /Data + Format /System + Full Format
And then try to flash stock firmware
