BSNL today announced about this plan. There are some conditions on this plan.
1) This is only applicable for new customers (except Jammu Kashmir and Andaman Nicobar) who are not yet a BSNL broadband customer. Old users will not get this plan.
2) You will only get free calls from 09PM to 07AM. Sundays will be free.
3) Unlimited 2G at max of 50 KBps after 10 GB daily usage. But here BSNL says, after 10GB daily usage, 1 Mbps will be the speed.
4) This 249 INR plan will be for 6 months and after that a combo of 499 INR.
5) While registering for a new account for this plan, you have to pay 249 INR for security deposit.
