Samsung Knox - Detail Explained & what is 0x0 and 0x1 means ??

Samsung Knox is a security for all Samsung Android devices can be used in both business and personal content in the same device. It helps to keep your own style of privacy. Samsung Private Mode is a part of MyKnox which helps to switch between personal and business use in just a single click. It includes all the major security gaps in android. The Knox is a part of Samsung Electronics and Samsung Approved for enterprise who manufactures smartphones and tablets. Knox word came from Fort Knox, in Kentucky. Its a military base and is in a US Army Post.

History and day of release :

On October 2014, US NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY accepted samsung galaxy devices to build security features in just a couple of months of development in Samsung Developing Center. On the end of that month, Samsung released 2 devices, Galaxy Note 3 & Note 10.1 2014 Edition with Knox security and Knox E-Fuse Security Chip. Later it came in Galaxy S4 and S5 devices.

What is Knox E-Fuse Security Chip ??

E-FUSE CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
E-Fuse - It was invented by IBM systems which is a reprogramming or modifying of computer chips, which is hard-coded on a chip a is read only. This chip is only operation by the system operating management, and cannot be accesed by any terms by the user. In IBM technology, if any of their system fails gets trapped under not responding programs then, the e-fuse gets blown and their processes can be stopped.

Now, Samsung has utilized this E-Fuse chip. Well, don't worry it will not blow in your device or your device, but it will do something else secure. Actually,  whats happenes is when somebody flashes a custom zip intoi the device via odin, if someone roots the device from custom recovery, or if a non samsung kernal is detected while booting up, knox efuse turns 0x0 to 0x1. 0x0 means your device is under warranty and havn't flashed a custom os or kernal or recovery to the device. As soon as something gets flashed in the device and is a non samsung item, then in the extreme next boot up, the efuse gets activated and knox shows 0x1. And after that you can no longer turn it back to 0x0 until you change your phones mother board. You can go back to the official rom of the device, will also receive software updates but your warranty is now void permanently. Your knox container will also gets locked up.  So, if you have something kept inside the container and wants to root your device then

first of all remove everything from the container, disable or uninstall knox private mode from your device, also dont keep your samsung account else your device may get blocked.

THERE IS STILL NO METHOD AVAILABLE TO RESET THE COUNTER FROM 0x1 TO 0x0. EVEN TRIANGLE AWAY THE OLD SAMSUNG DEVICE COUNTER RESETER FAILED RESETING THE EFUSE COUNTER. SO THIS IS A READ ONLY CHIP WHOSE COUNTER CAN BE SEEN IN THE BOOTLOADER MODE.
