Trai tracking Indian telecom operators

According to TRAI's chairman, R S Sharma, TRAI will be tracking all the offers, plans and cashbacks provided by telecom operators. If TRAI find something wrong with the plan then the plan will be taken down and the operator have to pay a fine against it.
