How to extend extend it to 31st march, 2018?
You have to pay Rs. 99/- online at my JIO app or at jio.com. After paying this you will get extended till 31st march, 2018.

Do I have to pay anything extra with Rs. 99?
Yes, in addition to Rs. 99/-, you have to pay a monthly charge that is JIO Prime Plans.
